For the last three month's or so Bill Vick and Dave Staats have graced Thursday's front page with XtremeRecruiting.tv's featured video and Question of the Week contest.

Starting next week we have some changes planned for our daily dish which include a new "Third Party Thursday." This feature is inspired by XtremeRecruiting.tv's success and the feedback we've received from members. No doubt Bill and Dave will have much to contribute as the new line up of videos, podcasts, chat sessions and whatever rolls out here and as the XtremeRecruiting.tv group's numbers and activities grow.

As one of the largest groups in our community XtremeRecruiting.tv has demonstrated how sharing common interest's and first-class content glues us together in ways that are distinctly RecruitingBlogs.com. So, if you haven't joined the the XtremeRecruiting.tv group yet, or invited your friends to muck in, now is most definately the time to do so.

Today, a big shout out to Bill and Dave and all of the people that contributed to this column, and especially for raising the bar for those who follow. The party continues at Bill's place...
