Vimeo is a video-sharing website in which users can upload, share and view videos. It was the first video sharing site to support high-definition video. Vimeo was founded in November 2004 by Jake Lodwick and Zach Klein. Not a lot of recruiters try to source there. The reason is simple they do not know how. Well to do this without worry you need go no further than into your bag of tricks and pull out an old tried and true tool, called x-raying.

So to source within Vimeo you simply need to create an x-ray string, like the one below.
