With that first up: Everything you wanted to know about CRMs, but were afraid to ask by Jim Schnyder. This was about determining if you need a CRM and what you need it to do. Things to keep in mind are; Recruitment Marketing, Email campaigns, Candidate Capture, Referrals, Alumni networks, mapping etc. The biggest thing is to do you homework and get one that does what you need it to do.
