Applicant Tracking System/ATS and its Efficiency

I am looking for an Applicant Tracking System for my company.
Can anyone please suggest me a good system and it would be really nice if you share your personal experience with it.
Suggestions on Pricing also would be really helpful.

How will an ATS be useful to my team to increase our efficiency?

myStaffingPro is a configurable applicant tracking system that can be configured to any hiring process. The small business, Express edition, includes the essentials in applicant tracking for just $60/user.

Thanks for your comment Julia,
I would think about requesting a demo from the website.

I use CATS which is an opensource system. They do charge for the web based version now, but the one I have was totally free & we run it from our living room. I have seen many posts about this question & I would start with some of the basics like bullhorn, big biller & the like. You can find a great robust solution for small teams.

On a different note, we recently began tracking our sourcing efforts by using bookmarking tools. You might consider taking a look at it. ATS's are cumbersome when tracking profiles or any pre-recruiting work. There are so many free tools and so little time to evaluate them all.
Good luck,
