Type in search field the type of resume format -

filetype:doc
filetype:pdf
filetype:php
filetype:txt
filetype:asp
filetype:xls

Then type search content (ie) software.engineer san.francisco

the search box will look like this filetype:doc software.engineer san.francisco

then once the results are displayed you can refine it by clicking the resume underline tab- this will collate all resumes.
