You will be doing about 25% design work and 75% implementation work. The “language” so to speak would just be QualityStage which is and integrated development environment sort of like Informatica and webMethods. So it’s training on the tool and how to use the tool and experience using the tool, particularly in the customer data integration (CDI) space, which is what really counts

You can check on US Citizens but then the final compensation for the candidate would increase and i am not sure whether that would be feasible. But you can give me a approx. rate you would go if you get a US Citizen for any tester position. For recruiter, the client would prefer US Citizens.

Rahul, thanks for trying but third party would not be entertained due to our company compliances and processes. On hire the company will have to sign a direct contract with us. And this would be profitable to you. I hope you understand. Anybody from your company who actually markets your H1 consultants? I can contact him/her if you prefer.

The tester req is open all the while, you can work on recruiter later on in the day. No issues with that. But the preference would be tester.
