Our data comes from a analysis of job postings and engages filters and analytics to remove duplicates and validate the data. The numbers represent up to 50-75% of the total market demand.

If so, its really good data to try to get hiring managers to speed up their hiring process! There seems to be a lingering perception that its a buyers market still, even though things are clearly shifting to a candidate market in many areas of IT hiring. Yes, this data covers the entire U.S. And, you've hit on one key application for this. One of the recruiting firms I provide consulting to just landed a large, multiple position exclusive as a result of creating sense of urgency using these numbers.
