Marc Gringas is a serial entrepreneur with a successful track record as a venture capitalist. Prior to founding Tungle, Marc was Vice President of Business Development and Product Marketing for Nimcat Networks, a leader in peer-to-peer (P2P) communication applications, until its acquisition by Avaya Inc. in September 2005. Marc was previously a venture capitalist at Innovatech Montreal where he oversaw investments in numerous telecommunication and software companies. As a venture capitalist, Marc’s investments yielded a combined ROI of more than 125 percent.

We are a day away from out 'official' kick-off the XtremeRecruiting group on RecruitingBlogs. I hope to see the users to this group create and contribute to the knowledge base of best recruiting practices. I'll be featuring a video interview each week with a trainer, big biller, or other recruiting industry leader on this group.

To start things off I will be featuring Shally Steckerl in a video interview discussing social media and its impact on the recruiting process. We will have a question as a result of his interview that will be featured here on the XtremeRecruiting group and the best answer to that question will receive a copy of my Auidobook, Big Biller, on an apple iPod. The audiobook is over 10 hours of live interviews with recruiting leaders and big billers. The winning answer will be featured on the main page of RecruitingBlogs during the following week and judging will be done by Dave Staats, a well known big biller and board member of both the Pinnacle Society and the Tennessee Recruiters Association.

Please help me build our membership by inviting your recruiting, staffing, sourcing and HR friends to join up here. The more members the greater the experience base we can learn from and to me that's what it's all about.
