Recruiting always picks up in the fall and the salmon swim from Sept. to Nov.  What normally happens as we move into the fourth quarter of the year is that employers look up and say, "oh snap, i need to get some people hired before the holidays or we won't get it done until after the first of year.  That doesn't mean they are going to move any faster but i think it will mean that the activity for good hires is going to pick up.
