Klout is an STD.  Socially transmitted disease.  Fortunately not lethal and easily curable with a dose of common sense.

My initial tweet about klout was that after reading some one the unbelievalbe comments from people who were outraged that the algorithim was changed and their Klout score had dropped my take was that they should all get a damn tshirt for the next conference that says," I have Klout, it's a social disease"  Good God people, are you kidding, you think sitting on twitter or facebook all day makes you influencial.
