Stunning Photos: Black Rhino Gets Airlifted by Helicopter

Wednesday November 09, 2011 09:00 AM EST

Reading this article and seeing these pictures makes me happy for the rhinos.  But as a recruiter--I'm also inspired by the pictures from an amusement park point of view and possible from the recruitment transport point of view as well.

Think about it for a moment.  Won't this rhino rescue event inspire an amusement park ride? It should because where there are thrill seekers--there will be a demand to satisfy their needs--particularly through legal means.  Naturally prices can be based on:

o Distance traveled & height reached

o Distance traveled & height reached in bad weather (costs extra)

o Strafing Tree & Hill Tops (costs extra)

o Blindfolded

o Without blindfold

o Drop into water (insurance availabe)

o Drop onto a trampoline (Insurance available)

o Recovery of body &/or body parts (costs extra)

From a recruiter's point of view it's only a matter of offering a unique "thrill ride" from home to potential place to work.  Such an experience would certainly leave an impression, particularly for recent graduates--those who have a "devil-may-care" attitude.  It could be also used as pre-test of sorts.  Just think about it (insurance available)

Todays weird facts

It takes 42 muscles in your face to frown. It only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and smack someone upside the head.

@Craig - twisted, but would be lying if I was to say it did not make me LOL.

Bob Saget tweeted:  OMG, there's a face in my pizza.  Is it Cheesus?

I responded @bobsaget Bob, That's funny in a disrespectful way...May lightning strike thee where you sit with your pizza.  Face of Cheesus indeed!

A funny quip for the day--so say I...

"Courtney--If the need arose and I was tasked to find OldManSmell--my instinks would tell me to follow the odor."
(sorry--I couldn't resist...Tim S. understands)
