11 Easy Ways to Make Work Fun

If your employees aren't having fun, they're probably not performing at their highest level. So ease up already and try one of these tactics.

With millions out of work it's nice to know the gainfully employed are having dumb fun at work.

Here's a really dumb but fun-loving picture depicting a "FUN EVENT" at work. Is the attractive female about to be groped? And the possibility of a crash into a wall and body parts seems possible viewing the goof ball looking ex-athletes chugging down the aisle PUSHING the chairs-on-wheels down to get a WIN for the TEAM.

I hear a collective "ChaChing" from the personal injury lawyer types assessing this scenario. They love corporate hi jinx such as roller chair races like this one. See you in court HR.

I don't mean to be a party pooper but Image and Timing are everything.

@Tim,

Once you've worked on the corporate side and have had a few conversations with Corporate Legal you begin to get a Sixth Sense of what Flys and what will fly into your building.

Like it or not Bill--I've steered many a disaster from landing on my clients & candidates on my watch...and have letters and words of gratitude for the effort.

MORE DUMB FUN AT WORK....AT TAX PAYER'S EXPENSE...by the GSA.  John Stewart, of The Daily Show with John Stewart, said it best, "The people holding the conference that wasted a ton of government money are the people in charge of making sure the government doesn't waste a ton of money".

BTW...

GSA Training Conference and Expo 2012

The GSA Training Conference and Expo 2012 will take place May 15-17, 2012, at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.

...they say there's something for everyone who attends.

Since "Cultural Fit" has come up in other discussions relative to selection criteria-- I wonder what the "cultural fit" was for working at the GSA yesterday?  Today? ...and tomorrow?
