Broadlook is not one product, but so many people are under that impression. We need to change that...I think that will be my next blog posting. I changed my business model this year and place MPC's, so I have a good stable of employed candidates ready to jump ship when I surface a great situation for them.
Matching my stable of MPC's with Companies who have a need is the biggest challenge.
Too many recruiters out there in this business for the wrong reasons - its not all about money. Too many untrained recruiters discounting fees below 20% and allowing companies to treat them as "vendors".
