New Ideas and Creative Ones

Ok, so I am supposed to come up with some fabulous ideas to recruit physical and occupational therapists. I have exhausted my resources through the national organizations, career builder, craigslist, njville, etc. Does anyone have any other suggestions? We use direct mail for the majority of the time. I would appreciate any feedback!

I just read an article on a dutch site about direct mail. He adviced to make the mail as personal as possible. Tell the person why you are interested (the Match) and what it will mean for them. I don't know if you are Dutch (sorry my English is not so good) but the article was on Frankwatching (a Dutch Site). Good luck!
