Does a Diversity Focus Perpetuate Racism?

Yes and no - two balding white guys sounds like old school until you start asking about upbringing and experiences. Herein lies on shortcoming of many in recruiting - internally confirming your sourcing and recruiting strategy before you meet the people. Or should I say censoring some attitudes, beliefs and values before the start of the search.

Anyone else listening here???
