If I might suggest, state that you were an executive with Arco Chemical. It's a quality company. You might also be a bit more specific about results, no just activities.

What sort of screening tools are you using? I have nothing to do with it, but I have a friend in the Boston area who has a fantastic screening tool at a reasonable price. Let me know if this is something of interest.

Best of luck in the recruiting field -- sounds like you have great contacts in Asia. Have done a lot of training there myself.
