Thank you for the welcome. I really need your help. I am new to this recruiting thing. I became a recruiter for my Company about a year ago, doing very well. However, I really have no recruiting experience. I am trying to build my connections in LinkedIn -- Do you know how to do this? And if so, how do I leverage it to find the right people? I am looking for financial advisors and people who want to become business owners. All 100% commission positions. Meanwhile, my boss has more linkedIn connections than me -- he has been a recruiter for 10 years. I just want to kick butt -- and I could really use a gratuitious friend. Can you help me? I'll be sure to send a picture soon.
