I will be opening my staffing agency within a few days and I am considering hiring a sales rep. Here is my dilema.....I want to hire a commissioned based sales person. We offer temporary and direct hire staffing. I need ideas on a commission structure for the temporary placements. Does any one has any suggestions?

Without knowing the broader details and goals you have in mind - might I recommend connecting with a few great "split" partners to get started? Meet a few in your industry (they're quite easy to find - you can do a search here in fact) and with that you'll be able to work in the "commission based" mode you envision.
