Hello Grace,
"What makes a smart recruiter?" is a free ebook offered by RecruitingBlogs.com on their home page as at yesterday (December 16, 2009) morning and it is still available at the moment. Open the RecruitingBlog.com home page, you would see the ebook display at the haeder portion of the page, follow the instructions given and you can download the ebook. Try that and let me know how it went.
