I am involved in a youth employability programme funded by Microsoft US, working to assist unemployed graduates to get entry level ICT tech support positions. The 5 month programme rigourously takes them through hard and soft skills training preparing them for the workplace, so in other words, all the 'usual' and unsual issues are being worked through and understood through us.

It is a perfect picking ground for any recruiter as these grads go through training like: criticial thinking, presentation skills, EQ, all 21st century skills as well as hard IT skills training. Our first group is ending in March and I was wondering if there was a chance that either yourself or someone you recommend would mind giving us a talk on what IT recruiters are looking for. If you like our graduates ( which is impossible not to) you could take advantage of the extra training that they are going through for job placements.
