My name is Jim Driver and I am an Account Executive with JobThread. I joined the company about three weeks ago, and previously I worked with Vault.com in Business Development and before that, ten years with Monster.

I've been reaching out to HR/recruiting professionals at IT/Technology companies in hopes of providing some information about Jobthread, which
is a pay-per-performance recruitment job board. Our clients pay only for matching candidates (49 cents per) and there are no membership fees or contracts. Candidates apply from sites that are part of our network of publishers (FastCompany, Wired, Slate, PaidContent and many others) so they are passive candidates.

If this is a service that could benefit your team or EMC talent acquisition in general, please let me know and I can send you some info. Needless to say I would love to work with EMC, so I appreciate any guidance or feedback you can provide.
