Alex, I have not actually sourced for NextGen skilled candidates, I work for NextGen Informations Services......I would say to cold call into NextGen and see if you are able to get in touch with anyone that works for them directly........it could be that they have signed non-competes but that would be a start. LinkedIn may be a good "offsite" networking place that you could look as well as Exalead, PageBites, Zabasearch and even Ziggs..........happy hunting
