Total Back Office Solutions can give you recruitment agency formation advice

The majority of employees think that their productivity would be greater should their salary be tied up to profit-sharing or having a stake in the company, which may be of interest to those looking to set up a recruitment agency.

In a survey carried out by Kelly Business Services, it was found that over half of workers in the UK felt their levels of productiveness would be increased should they own shares in the company or receive a share of their employer's profits.

Of the 53 per cent of those who agreed, a greater number of men were attracted to this than women.

Flexible hours were also shown to be a popular incentive - 18 per cent of interviewees asserting that this would be their top benefit.

Recently, the Chartered Management Institute found that employers are increasingly looking to offer flexible working as an employee benefit, especially at a time when pay rises are not always possible.
