I have been asked to put together a training session on head hunting, how to target companies, how to source names, cover stories, initial approach and finally job pitch.
i have my own ideas from my experiences, however as the guys i am talking to will be fairly new, i was hoping to give them fairly comprehensive overview. has anyone out there got any thoughts on the above subject?
