Mass Exodus from the UK?

Anyone have any thoughts on this: http://contractorworkpermits.com/?p=134

and related assertions. Basically, high income tax rates (50%), High corporation tax rates, caps on Tier 2 work permit, red tape and state of UK economy driving big business from the UK and to places like Switzerland.
