Company Description	Chronos Consulting client is a global leader in 4G wireless broadband solutions. They have been leading the wireless broadband industry for over 10 years. They are currently looking for a General Manager Latin America to manage their operations in the region. This person will hold overall responsibility of the business activity in LATAM.
Job Description	Manage sales activities – Wimax communication operators, Distributors and System integrators in Latin America. Establish and develop long-term positive relationships with key industry related associations, suppliers, customers and government agencies. Full P&L responsibility for the business in the region. Accountable for strategy and performance at the Business segment level. Perform effective communication of account activity and requirements with all other teams in the company to insure account services are maintained at the highest level. Establish actionable WorkPlans that accurately reflects the Project Plans. Translate the business requirements identified with the management team into concrete, specific plans and successful execution of those plans. Oversee Technical, Commercial, Project & Financial Plans . Responsible for evaluating and selecting new hires to support the growth plan. Create budgets, forecasts and related business analysis to ensure successful project completion and ensure the business plan is achieved.
Skill Required	Minimum 8 years of Multi-Unit management experience in executing large projects (50M$ and above) deployments and nationwide services (O&M) for the major telecom payers in LATAM as well as sales management and business development experience. Minimum of 8 years related operations management experience in a senior level leadership role within in the telecom industry. Experience engaging and operating large contracts with subcontractors. Background in management of Sales Processes, Project Management, Logistics, Finance, Customer Support.
