Due to aggressive expansion in the Service and Systems Certification division, they will be hiring to add to the current team. You will be responsible for selling into the Medical Device industry with certifications enabling clients to demonstrate regulatory compliance with the appropriate medical device regulations, as well as improve quality management systems and processes.
Job Description We are seeking 4 Regional Sales Executives based across the USA with knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements and the desire to drive sales, develop relationships, and consult a wide range of clients on achieving their certification needs in your region. The Role: Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for: Consultative selling of services and making recommendations to prospects and clients on the various solutions the company offers to solve their business needs. Adapting to and understanding the needs of a diverse client range (medical device inventors, physicians, business owners, regulatory affairs, etc). Quoting and complying with Accreditation Body requirements and/or product sector requirements. Defining and maintaining a target list of prospective clients for key accounts to be targeted for the region and developing a sales strategy for the region to achieve defined sales targets. Sourcing and developing client relationships and current Certification Body transfers Participating and contributing to the development of educational and training programs offered to clients. Maintaining effective team relationships with all supporting departments.
Skill Required The Requirements: University degree (Marketing or Business preferred). At least 3 to 5 years of sales experience with the ability to adapt and understand customer needs with a consultative selling approach. Knowledge of ISO 13485 and the Medical Device Directive and general knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements would be a plus Understanding of the medical device certification process in the EU a plus (CE marking, etc) - on the job training can be provided Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. Strong customer service focus, effective communication and relationship building skills. Ability to operate from a home based office without close supervision. Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and prospects
