Do you use a CRM system, separate from your ATS as part of your recruitment process?

I’ve heard several companies mention that they use a Customer Relationship Management system such as Microsoft Dynamics or Sales Force (or exploring the possibility of developing an bespoke system in house), typically used within the Sales & Marketing function, for recruitment.  I’d be interested to hear your experience using such a system and the benefits it brought to your recruitment process.

Exactly my thought.

 

I did look at Salesforce and an add-on application that basically brought it even with the good ATS software.

 

There is no reason I can see to complicate.
