Business Partner Non Compete Agreement

 

I place a lot of contract employees and usually work with companies who have employees with the skill sets that fit my clients' need.

 

I am looking for a non compete agreement, where the company who has the contractor in place through my introduction and recruiting efforts will not solicit my client for additional work.

 

My business is registered in PA, do a lot of work in NYC, also other states.
