In follow up to today's RBC Daily - a good question for the community.......

Does anyone have a tip or two on the parts of the process that are in your ‘control’?

For me it would be time management. Sure a crisis could arise and throw off any planned schedule you might have, but I'm a big fan of blocking out times for tasks. It really works for me and keep me from being a slave to my desk.
