I work with a 'Search Firm' and manage a team of 40 recruiters.

Can anyone advice on what metrics do I need to measure/track to improve recruiting efficiency?

I know for a fact that SPEED and QUALITY are important but what parameters do I need to track in order to measure SPEED and QUALITY?

Please advice.
