Recruiting Software Question

Has anyone ever tried Candidatebroker.com? My friend told me it's similar to ZipRecruiter, but a bit cheaper and offers some fascinating features that make it easier to pitch candidates to clients. I currently use Bullhorn as an ATS and the usual suspects to find candidates, but I'm looking for a cheaper alternative. Anyone have any experience with CandidateBroker?
