Hawking Radiation vs. Cerenkov Radiation: Quantum Information Theory and Implications for Recruiting

How do we get Information out of Black Holes?

Can we inject 'pseudo-Information' into a Black Hole to achieve some kind of reaction/response dictated by Physical laws that enables us to discern Information contained/concealed in the Black Hole?

If so, how does this affect Recruitment and/or Sourcing techniques?

'Quasi-information' might be a better term to use... partly because it reminds us of the parallel between massive black holes as light and radiation sources (quasi-stellar objects or quasars) and sourcing techniques which provide Information Gain.
