Hi All,

It has been awhile since I posted anything to the site.  I could really use some help.  I am a legal recruiter and mostly stick to law firms.  Over the past couple of months I have had several associates decide they want to ditch the law firm gig and go in house (corporate).  Here is my dilemma I have great candidate with good grades and strong backgrounds.  I will search and find a great opportunity for them and all I ever hear is....wait for it "WE DON'T WORK WITH RECRUITERS!!"   This happening on a consistent basis.  Can someone please give me some insight on how I can break into the corporate market?
