What is the Average Salary for a Sourcer?????

Hello Everyone,

I am doing a little research, Does anyone have any idea what the average f/t salary is for a sourcer? I know things vary based on location and industry, but I just want to get a general idea. I look forward to everyones feedback.

I am also an Internet Researcher for an IT company in Fl, the pay ranges from $10. - $15.00 depends on exp.

Good phone sourcers are making $50 - $95 an hour
Great phone sourcers are making $75 - $150 an hour

By the name: Phone Sourcing Name Rates run between $38 and $75/name that I know of between phone souricng firms.
