I am looking to do virtual recruiting in the evenings and weekends and just need some direction as to how to start.
Again, 10+ years of technology recruiting in the east coast with a desire to branch into the medical industry with a real headhunters mentality for building relationships and networking with candidates as opposed to job boarding it.
If anyone could spare some time, i can assure i will not waste it.
