My contract assignment with Accenture recently ended. I was involved in sourcing for Engineers, Supply Chain/logistics, and Information Technology positions for Kimberly Clark. I utilize various channels of candidate sourcing through internet job boards, referrals, and direct recruitment methods. I conducted and reviewed Internet searches to source potential candidates, conduct database searches, input findings and track results. Work with Windows, Office, and Internet Explorer and Online Databases daily and work with and directly assist Senior Recruiter on all levels of recruitment from beginning to end.

My responsibilities include qualifying and pre-screening potential candidates via email or telephone for various high level positions as well as thoroughly discussing qualifications, past work history and salary over the phone. I proactively seek and develop a pipeline of qualified candidates. Utilizing a varity of sourcing techniques to screen, identify and select qualified candidates including cold calling, internet sourcing. I possess strong Internet searching capabilities as well as a strong ability to mine and analyze recruiting data.
