I had a call this morning asking me if Magic would teach her sales rep how to get past the Decision Maker's Executive Assistant TO the Decision Maker. I told her Magic was more along the lines of how to get past Getekeepers (whoever they may be) to get inside an organization to learn more about who is tramping around inside an organization ...she said she usually knows the name of the Decision Maker as s/he is usually listed publicly and she needed some verbiage on what magic words to say to the Guard (the Executive Assistant) to coax her into passing the call along (a business devt call for placement services) to her boss.
