The recruitment industry is vast with millions of players ranging from sole traders to multi-national and international recruitment organisations. There are contingent recruiters, retained recruiters, providers of temporary workers, interim manager and executive recruiters, the list is huge!

Some have created great wealth for themselves and/or their businesses. Many do not advertise their success, nor the inspiration they have passed on by being managers or mentors.... There was recently an article posted on Want to be a Big Biller? that gave a list of the most influencial head hunters across the globe - but who was the most inspirational to you. Who gave you the ammunition and skills to develop into a good recruiter yourself?
