Hi - I realize that there is already a ton of information on these pages on choosing the best system etc.....can't seem to get my head around all of it though and would like to pose the question again: new boutique firm specializing in HR as a function, combination of retained and contingent, will remain small - max 5 consultants, geographical coverage asia and the middle east.
from what I can figure out features needed are - resume parsing, client reporting, strong relational date sync between clients, candidates and jobs. open to either web based or self-hosted (though at this point web probably preferred). should work seamlessly with outlook. having some sort of support in my time zone would be nice but not crucial as I am up till the wee hours anyway.
my data is presently on excel so ability to import is crucial as would be an export if I choose to upgrade or move to another program.
