Energetic Sales Executive intereseted in working with a 'career-focused' recruiter

What is the best way to work with a recruiter on a long-term basis? One that will grow with me as I go through career progressions and possibly new industries? Is it possible to have a long-term recruiter in the same manner that an actor has the same agent for a full career?

Per the recommendation of a highly-respected recruiter, he suggested that I make this posting to inform this community that I am interested in pursuing new opportunities and hopefully one of you could assist me with the transition. I am including a small narrative about my background as well as my contact information.
Experienced highly accomplished New Media/Internet technology sales executive is a “rainmaker” with a proven track record of leading teams and exceeding sales objectives. An energetic and entrepreneurial ‘business shaper’ who has the experience and knowledge to plan, organize, and implement sales/marketing/business strategies which support corporate objectives. A mentor that understands how to identify, develop and retain top professionals turning them into a committed team member. Leader and coach, who can lead by example, nurture and coordinate the talents of the people on his team.
