Looking for Partnership in Health Care Industry Split Basis

My name is carlos. I am technical recruiter at soft Source Inc. Currently we are looking for a partner in Health Care recruitment. Which area of healthcare recruiting you specialize...nursing, doctors etc? We have some serious client positions that need to be filled in ASAP.

Hi Carlos,

I am a recruiter in the health care industry and also am connected to a network of over 400 health care recruiters. Within the network there are between 2500-3500 jobs posted at any given time. With so many jobs, majority of these splits will be 50/25/25, 50% to the job owner and 25% for each of us. A 50/50 split would be the case if it was my job.
