Hi All,

I am thinking of implementing a Ning site for my company, as a way to increase communication and visibility across the country. I've made a draft site, which can only be accessed internally. Has anyone had any experience with this? Is it effective and worthwhile? It sounds good in theory, but I would love any real world war stories of if there is actually buy in and gets used?
