Hello all. Wondering if there is an up-to-date source for the legal issues we run into in the recruiting realm. Most specifically, job posting compliance (do we have to post every job), OFCCP (in the US for a Canadian based organization), and AAP strategies. Thanks much.

I would be shocked if there wasn't any question that Heather Bussing wasn't able to answer for you. In case you haven't met her yet on RBC, she's fabulous...
Thanks for the quick replies. I'll check out some of those sites mentioned. Occasionally, I'll get a question from a client that I may not know off the top of my head or understand that the law may have changed recently. Today was, "do we have to post all jobs under $25k to America's Job Bank?" Knowing that AJB is no longer in existence, I would say no but is there somewhere that says this company have to post all open jobs?

I guess I could join SHRM and get an answer but I'm looking for a recruiting source on the greatest free information network ever created (the internet). Thanks again.
