Once I stoped and realized that my understanding of e-recruiting is geting dull. Internet is shimmering and so welcoming to surf, but what am I really looking for? I sat on the floor and forced myself to realize what is e-recruiting for me, and what are the rulls. So here are the questions that I thought you, my dear friends, could help me to answer.
1. What is the most perfect way to find proper employees in Internet without seen one “alive”?
2. And what criteria can I use in this case to evaluate if the candidate meets my requirements or not?
