At Yahoo!, she led a team focused on the strategic application of sourcing programs, including event recruiting, employee referrals, employer branding, and sourcing skill development. Prior to Yahoo!, she was senior manager, Global Strategic Sourcing, for Starbucks Coffee Corporation, and has held a senior recruiting positions at other Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Amazon.com, and Capital One. She has presented at industry conferences and seminars, and writes a popular blog about recruiting and marketing, Peopleshark.
