I believe that all of the trials we have gone through in the past few years will only make us stronger. Yes, there are fewer jobs, and yes, the working population will be decreasing over the next decade or so. These challenges only make what we do more important than ever!

Finding the perfect match between the position and the individual has become and will become more important than ever. It is fairly easy to review a resume and determine if an individual has the skills to perform the position, but it takes a special talent to determine if an individual's personality, drive, emotions, etc. will be a long-term fit for the culture that the position performs in.

We must become better at reading between the lines, asking the right questions, and using our "gut" to determine not only what the company needs, but also what an individual is seeking. The feeling you get when you find that perfect match that turns out to be a long termsuccess is priceless-what a great reward!
