With the advent of technology and the ease of finding informaiton, recruiters must be smart about the prospects and how they provide information. A candidate I got to meet told me that a recruiter contacted her and simply said "a local hospital is looking to open a Surgical center and is looking for a Surgery Director" She took that information and called the only major hospitals that did not have a surgical center, and guess what? she found the one that was recruiting and simply bypassed the recruiter.
