I'm reading an amazing book, Secret Service, by John Dijulius, on delivering unforgettable customer service and it has me thinking about ways to improve my service to both clients and candidates.

So, here's a few questions, to corporate recruiters, other third-party recruiters, and candidates.

Corporate Recruiters: Aside from the obvious, finding top candidates in a timely manner, what else do your best search agency partners do that makes them stand out in regards to customer service? What would you like for them to do if you could think of ways to improve?

Fellow third-party recruiters: What has been successful for you in regards to providing outstanding customer service to your clients and candidates?

Candidates: What have third-party recruiters done to better serve you? What suggestions would you have for them to improve?
