In a world that continues to reel from the body blows of irrational and irresponsible financial decisions everywhere from the wall street titans in the banking and insurance industries, to the unsafe car and consumer manufacturers, is it now more important than ever to know whether or not you are dealing with a financially responsible person when if comes to bringing quality talent to your organization?  Is integrity important? If we run background screens on candidates, in order to determine their integrity and viability in a professional capacity, ultimately responsible for budgets in the 10s to 100's of thousand, even multi-millions of dollars, should the person we hire to look for these candidates also possess the same integrity?

Should a candiate's FICO score be relavant to the position they are being considered for?
